Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hong Kong SAR for a Merchandiser and Sourcing Specialist. The Merchandiser and Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and developing products and suppliers to meet business needs, navigating Asia trade shows, and monitoring vendor performances. This role will collaborate with suppliers, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to bring products to market on-time and within budget.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or sourcing role, preferably in the outdoor industry.
  • Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and manufacturing processes, especially in Asia is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM system.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and putonghua.
  • Awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences.
